IRIS MOBILE

TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Introduction

By subscribing to the Iris Mobile franchise system and completing payment through Stripe, the Subscriber agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting these Terms, the Subscriber confirms that they understand and agree to all rules governing the use of the Iris Mobile system, technology, services, and intellectual property.


2. Subscription Service

The Subscriber receives access to the Iris Mobile franchise system including:
• access to the Eye Pic application
• access to Iris Mobile service infrastructure
• permission to operate under the Iris Mobile concept
• access to tools, technology, and operational support
The subscription fee is 500 EUR per month + applicable VAT.
Payment is processed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis.


3. License and Intellectual Property

The Subscriber receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the Iris Mobile system.
This license includes access to technology provided through the Eye Pic application.
All intellectual property including but not limited to:
• software
• processing technology
• visual designs
• franchise model
• branding
• operational methods
remains the exclusive property of Iris Mobile and its technology partners.
The Subscriber does not acquire ownership rights to any intellectual property.


4. Payment Obligations

The Subscriber agrees to pay the monthly subscription fee.
Failure to complete payment may result in:
• suspension of access to services
• suspension of the license
• blocking of the application and related systems
Service access may be restored only after payment obligations are fulfilled.


5. Prohibited ActionsThe Subscriber agrees NOT to:

• copy the technology
• reverse engineer the system
• reproduce the service model
• duplicate the software
• use the concept outside the Iris Mobile system
• attempt to recreate the Iris Mobile business model independently
Unauthorized use or copying of the system may result in:
• immediate termination of the license
• permanent service suspension
• legal action
• financial damages claimed through court proceedings.


6. Enforcement and Legal Protection

Any attempt to copy, steal, misuse, or reproduce the technology, concept, or intellectual property of Iris Mobile may result in legal action.
The company reserves the right to pursue claims for damages through civil court proceedings.


7. Termination


Iris Mobile reserves the right to terminate access to the system if the Subscriber:
• violates these Terms
• fails to pay the subscription
• copies or attempts to reproduce the technology or business model.
Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations.


8. Acceptance of Terms By completing payment and checking the acceptance box during the Stripe checkout process, the Subscriber confirms that they:
• have read these Terms and Conditions
• understand them
• agree to comply with them.
