Our products are personalised items created from a photograph of your own iris. Because each item is made to order and unique to you, product images shown on this site are illustrative. Colours and details of the final product may vary slightly.
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in case of an obvious pricing error), in which case any payment is refunded in full.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Tips for your photographer are voluntary and non-refundable.
Products are made in Seville and shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Because our products are personalised and made specifically for you, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described — in that case, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it.
You retain rights to the image of your own iris. You grant Iris Mobile the limited right to process and produce your order. All website content, branding and designs remain the property of Iris Mobile.
Our products are decorative. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris Mobile is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
