Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Iris Mobile website and your purchase of our products and services. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Iris Mobile provides mobile iris photography and produces framed prints and related products, handmade in Seville, Spain.

2. Products

Our products are personalised items created from a photograph of your own iris, processed with the help of our exclusive partner Eye.Photo. Because each item is made to order and unique to you, product images shown on this site are illustrative. Colours and details of the final product may vary slightly.

3. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, in case of an obvious pricing error), in which case any payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Tips for your photographer are voluntary and non-refundable.

5. Shipping

Products are made in Seville and shipped to the address you provide at checkout, usually arriving within 2 weeks of your order. We currently deliver to countries of the European Union only, and delivery is free — its cost is included in the price. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns and cancellations

Because our products are personalised and made specifically for you, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your rights if a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described — in that case, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. City Tour sessions

Iris Mobile City Tour sessions are pop-up photography sessions held on specific dates in different cities. They are booked and paid in full online at the time of booking. The price shown is for the whole booking, not per person, and includes one composition with the eyes of all participants, its high-resolution digital file and one A4 print, unless the event page states otherwise.

The same rules apply to mobile sessions at a meeting point booked online (for example, irismobile.eu/booking/sevilla). For those, the price depends on the number of eyes in the photo, what is included is stated on the booking page, and the photographer waits up to 15 minutes after the booked time.

• Changing your time: free of charge, using the link in your confirmation email, to any available time of the same event, up to the start of your session. To change the number of participants, contact us, as the price is different.
• Cancellation by you: you may cancel up to 48 hours before the start of your session and receive a full refund. After that, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can still change the time.
• No-show: if you do not attend at your booked time, the session is forfeited and the amount is not refunded.
• Cancellation by us: if we cancel the event, we refund the full amount.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and may take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank. Because the session is a leisure service provided on a specific date, the statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply, to the extent permitted by law; this does not affect the cancellation options above.

8. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the image of your own iris. You grant Iris Mobile the limited right to process and produce your order. All website content, branding and designs remain the property of Iris Mobile.

9. Liability

Our products are decorative. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris Mobile is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Spain, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
